Well, the time has come. We are leaving California and close escrow on our house in Oxnard early this coming week. Headed to Sarasota Florida, where new digs, warm weather, bugs and new adventures await. I've really loved many things about Southern California, and it's been a rollercoaster ride for all 5 of the years, which is just the way I like it. Met some awesome people, and have done some amazing things, and seen a lot of great things, and played/worked with some of the best musicians in the world here. I'm still going to do what I do, just from another "workstation". If you need a good broker, check out @meggiehawthorne. She'll do you right😃
